What is Living AI Visibility?
It is your one-time AI Visibility Report, re-run every month, with one thing added that no month-two report in this field has: a verdict. Each month we re-ask the same questions across the same engines, compare the result to your own history, and tell you in three lines whether a change is real movement you earned or just the engines being noisy. How is this different from the one-time report?
Month one is the report. It tells you where you stand today. Living is the layer on top of it: the same front half re-run month after month, so you get the change and the judgment on the change. The one-time report is a photograph. Living is the record of movement, which is the part that actually tells you if anything is working.
What exactly is the verdict?
One short call at the top of every month: real, or noise. For example, presence up from 14 to 37, and then the honest read, we do not believe this is real, the questions we left untouched moved by the same amount and no work shipped between runs. It is not the delta. It is the judgment on the delta, and it is the sentence a monthly report exists to produce.
What is the stability band?
It is your own noise floor, the swing that is small enough to mean nothing. Because AI answers change run to run, a single number lies. The band is the range your visibility actually lives in, and it tightens as your history deepens. Early on it might be plus or minus eight. By month four or so it narrows to plus or minus four, and then we can say plainly, for you, a swing under this many points is noise.
Why does the report get more precise the longer I stay?
Because the band is calculated from your own re-runs, and every month adds more of them. One month is a coincidence. Six months is a pattern. Nobody can state your personal noise floor without re-running your practice over time, which is exactly why a subscription earns its keep instead of just repeating itself.
What is the held-out set?
It is a control group, and it is the reason you can trust the verdict. Each month we deliberately leave about a fifth of your questions unworked. If the worked questions move and the held-out ones do not, the movement is yours. If both move together, it was the market, and we say so. Almost nobody in this field runs a deliberate control set, because almost nobody re-runs at all.
Do you re-run everything every month?
We re-run the front half, the part that actually moves: the named rates, the per-engine bands, the question ledger, who is named instead of you, and the factual accuracy checks. We do not re-run the static parts every month, because charging you monthly to re-print facts that did not change would be padding. Living measures movement, not paper.
Will you tell me when nothing real moved?
Yes, and that promise is the product. Any tool can shout up seven points. The month a number climbs on noise, the verdict says do not celebrate, and shows you the held-out set that proves it. A report you can only trust when the news is good is not a measurement, it is a mood. We would rather keep the fee honest than keep it comfortable.
Which engines do you cover, and do you blend them?
ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude, each reported on its own line, month over month, and never blended into a single score. Engines read different sources and move differently. A blended trend line would average your volatile engine against your steady one and hide the only fact worth acting on.
Can you guarantee I will get named, or move up?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Nobody controls which sources AI engines pick. What Living guarantees is an honest read of what changed and whether it is real, month after month, with the control set that keeps us honest. The verdict is the promise. The ranking is never ours to sell.
