Who you are agreeing with
AEOptim, 675 Purdy St, Birmingham, MI 48009. In these terms, we and us mean AEOptim. You means the person or the practice using the site or buying a service. Reach us at legal@aeoptim.com or 646-388-2960.
Accepting these terms
Using the site, running the free check, or buying a service means you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a practice, a firm or an advisory, you are confirming you have authority to do that. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
What we sell
- The free AI Visibility Check. We put one question to one AI engine on your behalf and tell you whether your practice was named. It is free, it is a snapshot of one moment, and it is not a full audit.
- The Answer Kit, $399. We read the public pages of the website you give us and produce question-and-answer content, with the schema, for you to publish. Publishing it stays your decision.
- The Foundation, $1,495, or $2,995 with named practitioners. A fixed-fee entity project: one canonical record of your practice, then the surfaces AI reads made to agree with it, delivered with a before and after map at 30 days.
- Visibility Management, from $1,995 per month. Ongoing maintenance and measurement. Month to month unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown on the page at the time you order. Anything not described on the page is not included.
What we do not promise
Nobody controls which sources an AI engine picks, and engines change their answers without notice or explanation. So we do not guarantee citations, mentions, rankings, traffic, leads, patient or client volume, revenue, or any other outcome. Anyone who does guarantee those things is guessing, and charging you for the guess.
What we do promise is the work as described, done properly, measured honestly, and reported plainly, including when the numbers are not flattering.
The free check, specifically
The check asks one engine one question on one day. A result showing you were not named is not proof you are invisible, and a result showing you were named is not proof you are secure. Treat it as a signal worth investigating, not a verdict. We may cap how often the check can be run, and we may decline to run it.
AI output and your judgment
Parts of our work are produced with help from AI systems, and every one of them can be wrong. We review what we deliver, but you know your practice and we do not. Before you publish anything we hand you, read it and confirm it is true of you. Once it is on your site, it is your statement.
Your professional compliance stays yours
We work with regulated practices, so we build to conservative rules by default: facts over adjectives, no superlatives, no invented reviews, no compensated endorsements, no claims about outcomes. That said, your medical board, your state bar, your regulator and your carrier set requirements that only you can meet. Reviewing what we deliver against those rules before it goes live is your responsibility, and we recommend you do it every time.
We are not your lawyer, doctor or advisor
Nothing on this site or in our deliverables is legal, medical, tax, accounting or investment advice, and no relationship of that kind is created by working with us.
What you give us
Our work states facts about your practice, so the facts have to be right. You confirm that the information you give us is accurate, that you have the right to give it to us, and that we may use it to deliver the service. If we crawl a website at your direction, you confirm you are authorized to have it crawled.
What you own, and what we keep
The deliverables we produce for your practice are yours once paid for: the answers, the schema, the pages, the profiles, the reports. Our site, our methods, our prompts, our tooling, our templates and our brand remain ours. We may describe the work we do in general terms, without naming you, unless you tell us not to.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, probe, overload, or attempt to bypass the rate limits or the bot verification on this site.
- Do not submit information about a practice you have no connection to, and do not use someone else's email address.
- Do not resell, relicense or repackage our deliverables as your own product.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to make claims a regulator would not allow.
Our crawler identifies itself as AEOptimBot. It reads public pages only, and only for a site a customer has given us. If you would rather it stayed away from a site you control, tell us and we will exclude it.
Payment and refunds
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. One-time products are charged in advance. Monthly work is billed monthly and you can stop it with reasonable notice before the next cycle.
If a delivery does not arrive, arrives broken, or is not what the page described, write to legal@aeoptim.com and we will fix it or refund it. We will not refund a product because an AI engine did not name you afterward, since that is precisely the outcome we tell you nobody can promise.
Third parties in the path
Delivering the service means routing some data through providers we rely on: Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, Google, and the AI engine providers we query. They are named, with what each one receives, in our Privacy Policy. Their outages and their changes are outside our control.
Confidentiality
We treat the non-public details of your practice as confidential and use them only to do the work. If you need a signed agreement covering this, ask and we will sign one.
Suspension and ending the relationship
You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if payment fails, or if continuing would put us or a customer at risk. Fees already earned are not refunded on termination for cause.
Disclaimer
Except where these terms say otherwise, the site and the services are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limit of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the site or the services is limited to what you paid us for the service in question in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunity. Some states do not allow every one of these limits, and where that is true the limit applies as far as it legally can.
Indemnity
You agree to cover us against claims arising from information you gave us that turned out to be untrue, from content you published after we delivered it, or from your use of the service in breach of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute belongs to the state or federal courts sitting in Oakland County, Michigan, and both of us consent to that. Before filing anything, tell us the problem in writing and give us 30 days to fix it. Most things get solved in that call.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes with them, and we will call out anything meaningful in plain words rather than burying it. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
The rest of it
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing something once does not waive it. These terms, plus any order page or written agreement between us, are the whole agreement. You may not assign them without our consent; we may assign them to a successor of the business.
