Not a bot, not a routing rule, not an intake coordinator whose job is to book you. AEOptim is small enough that the person who reads your message is the person who would do the work.
If you asked what something costs, you get the number. If you asked whether we can help, you get yes or no with the reason. Always within one business day, most often the same one.
Writing to us does not enroll you in anything. If you go quiet, we assume you are busy running a practice. One follow-up at most, and only if we said we would send something.

How to get a useful reply, and what not to ask us.
- Your practice name and your website, so we can look before we answer.
- The city or metro you actually serve. Answers change by market, so this changes everything.
- Your field: the specialty, the practice area, or the kind of advisory work.
- What prompted the message. A competitor showing up in an AI answer is a different problem than a name that is wrong everywhere.
- What you have already tried, including any agency currently working on it.
None of it is required. It is just the difference between an answer and a request for more information.
- Medical, legal, or investment advice. We work on visibility. Your professional judgment stays yours.
- Removing a bad review. We can show you what your review corpus is teaching AI to say and where to correct it at the source. We cannot make it disappear, and neither can anyone charging you for it.
- Guaranteed placement in an AI answer. Nobody controls which sources an engine picks, and we will not pretend otherwise on a call either.
- Paid links or bought listicle placements. Different business, and a risky one in a regulated field.
- Anything involving patient or client information. Our work touches only your public presence.
