Your questions asked again on Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude. For each engine, on its own line: how often it named you across several runs, who it named instead, whether it gave out your right phone number, and the answers word for word. At the top, one plain verdict: this change is real, or this is the engines moving around and you shouldn't read anything into it.
The review queue.
Every draft waits there until you approve it. The queue keeps a dated record of what was drafted, changed and approved. Nothing publishes on its own.

The method
How we measure
AI answers wobble. Ask the same engine the same question twice and you can get two different sets of names. So one answer, good or bad, tells you very little.
- Several runs, every question, every engine.
- You see how often you were named across all the runs, not one lucky answer.
- Five engines, never blended.
- Each engine reads different sources and moves differently. One combined score would hide the one that matters.
- Named, not cited.
- We count you as named when the answer says your practice's name. A link without your name doesn't count.
- A few questions left alone on purpose.
- If those move as much as the ones you worked on, the change came from the engines, and the verdict says so.
- The months nothing real moved.
- The report says that too.
We don't guarantee rankings or AI mentions. Nobody honestly can.
What it touches, and what it doesn't
AEOptim Visibility knows only what's public about your practice (your website, listings, reviews and market) plus what you tell it. It never connects to your EHR, case management, CRM or client files, and it never sees a patient or client list. Anything it drafts for your own patients or clients is a template your office sends with its own email or texting tool.
Nothing goes live under your name until you approve it. If you leave, you keep everything it made for you.
Your field's rules
By field
It's built to stay inside your board, bar or SEC rules, and you approve every word. Rules vary by state, so check with your own compliance reviewer.
Medical and dental.
If a request includes anything that identifies a patient, it declines and asks for the request without it. Drafts make no diagnosis, treatment advice or outcome claims. We don't place ad pixels on pages that collect patient information, and we sign a BAA whenever our work touches PHI.
Mental health.
Every draft is written to send anyone in crisis to 988 or 911 first. You check each one before it goes up.
Drafts speak about approaches, who you see and how intake works, never about a client, and it never invents a review or a testimonial. Review plans for therapy practices never solicit client testimonials, per the field's ethics rules.
Legal.
Drafts follow your state bar's advertising rules: no promised outcomes, and no "specialist" unless your certifying body is named. Florida, New York and Texas add rules of their own.
Wealth.
Advisor copy is written to the SEC Marketing Rule: testimonials carry the required disclosures, and we don't publish performance claims without your compliance review. The dated record in the review queue gives your compliance reviewer a trail.
Honest fit

A good fit if:

No. It runs inside your ChatGPT or Claude account, but before you ask it anything it has studied your website, your field, your locations, your market and your competitors. The monthly measure and the review queue live on our side.
Do I need to learn a new app?
No. If you can ask a question in ChatGPT or Claude, you can use it. The report and review queue open in your browser.
What counts as a piece of work?
