Surgery & procedures
Procedure questions are where a patient moves from wondering to deciding, and they carry a lot of specific language: the name of the operation, what recovery looks like, what it costs, whether it is done well nearby. An engine answering these has to match that specificity to a practice, so it names the ones whose pages explain the procedure in the same plain terms the patient used. A page that lists a service without saying what happens and how long the recovery runs gives the engine nothing to cite.
