The questions that bring you clients, managed like they matter.

Every month we poll your target queries across six AI engines, do the work that moves the numbers, and send one report a practice owner can read without a translator. Month to month. If we stop earning the fee, stop paying it.

How to read it: across the month's repeated runs of your eight contracted queries, this is how often each engine named the practice. Example numbers shown. Rates, not ranks, because ranks in AI answers are noise.

Published the sinus surgery recovery page, answer-first, with the questions patients actually ask about time off work.Targets the recovery queries where the practice was invisible
Corrected the practice name on two health directories that still carried the pre-2019 name. The record now agrees everywhere the engines cross-check
Responded to the one recurring review theme with a published wait-times explainer. The complaint that surfaced in branded answers now has a factual counterweight
Refreshed the balloon sinuplasty page with current insurance language.Freshness is a citation signal; stale pages fall out of answers
Claude is flat because it leans on surfaces the practice is thin on. Next month builds the two profile pages it reads most.Engine by engine, cause by cause

How we measure

Like a poll, not a horse race.

Frozen query set

The same questions every sweep, agreed with you up front, so the months compare honestly.

Repeated runs

AI answers change run to run. We report how often you get named, never one lucky answer.

Six engines, never blended

Each engine reads different sources. One blended score would hide what you are paying to know.

Asked from your market

Your clients ask locally. So do our probes. A national number for a local practice is a fiction.

The full method, run counts and all, is published as a free public Standard anyone can read, adopt, and cite.

Questions

Asked before, answered plainly.

What exactly happens each month?
Three things. Your contracted queries get polled across six engines with repeated runs, so the numbers mean something. The work that moves those numbers gets done: answer content on your site, entity and directory upkeep, review-response guidance. And you get one plain-English report: what the engines say now, what changed, what we are doing next.
What is a target query?
A question your future clients actually ask AI, in your market. For an ENT practice it might be "who is a good ENT near me for sinus problems." We agree the list up front, freeze it so months compare honestly, and poll it engine by engine.
Why do you poll instead of checking once?
Because AI answers change run to run. Independent research has shown the same question rarely returns the same list twice. One check is weather. Repeated runs give you a rate: how often you get named. Rates are honest, and honest numbers are the whole product.
What does market exclusivity mean?
At Practice Plus and above, we take one client per specialty per market. We cannot honestly work to make two rival practices both the answer in the same city, so we do not try. When your seat in a market is taken, it is taken.
Which engines do you cover?
ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude, reported separately. Engines behave differently because they read different sources, so blending them into one score would hide exactly the information you are paying for.
Can you guarantee I will be named?
No, and we put that refusal on every page. Nobody controls which sources AI engines choose. What we control is the work, and what we show is the movement: named rates per engine, month over month, with the changes that drove them logged. The full method is published as a free Standard you can hold us to.
How fast should I expect movement?
Content and record fixes get read surprisingly fast when the plumbing is right; movement on branded questions often shows inside a month or two. Category questions in a competitive market take longer. The report never dresses this up: when a number does not move, you will read that from us first, with what we are changing.
What happens if I cancel?
You stop paying at the end of the month and you keep everything: every page we wrote, every profile we fixed, every report we sent. Nothing we build is rented. That is also why we work month to month: the pressure to keep earning the fee belongs on us.
Do I need the Foundation first?
Usually, yes, and it is priced separately so you are not paying a retainer for one-time work. If your record is already consistent we will say so and skip it. The free check is the honest way to find out.
Who does the work?
We do. AEOptim is the firm that wrote the public Standard this field is measured against and built its own measurement pipelines. No outsourced content mills. The person who reads your report before you do is the person accountable for it.
Does this replace my SEO agency?
No. Classic search rankings still feed AI answers, so good SEO helps us and our work helps them. Hand your agency the scoreboard if you like. Several clients treat it as the referee their vendors report against.
Why is this cheaper than agencies quoting five figures a month?
Because a local practice does not need a global campaign. It needs to win a specific set of questions in one market, measured properly. Our pipelines already exist, the scope is honest, and the price is on the page, which we notice nobody else in this field does.
